The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has officially published Notification for NEET UG 2025 Counselling process for admissions into MBBS and BDS courses in all medical and dental colleges in J&K and UT Ladakh. This is the important phase after the NEET UG 2025 results by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and this Step by JKBOPEE is mandatory step for Passed students in NEET to get Medical seats in Govt and Pvt College in J&K. The online registration window opened on 18-07-2025 and deadline set by JKBOPEE for this is 22-07-2025 (midnight). The candidates who passed the exam and now want to get Seat Through Counselling should upload essential documents which includes NEET scorecard domicile certificate and category certificates (if applicable). This counselling process by JKBOPEE for MSSB and BDS sear is merit-based and it follows strict reservation policies as per J&K state norms. Counselling Process & Important Guidelines

The JKBOPEE NEET UG 2025 Counselling follows a structured process and it starts with online registration and document submission on Counseling Portal for NEET. Candidates Should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria – minimum NEET cutoff scores which vary by category: 144 for Open Merit 127 for EWS/ALC/IB/RBA and 113 for SC/ST/OBC candidates. After Complete Counselling registration the JKBOPEE board will release a Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML) which determines the order of seat allotment.

Document verification is important step and candidates are need to upload clear scanned copies of all required certificates in Counselling Registration Forn by JKBOPEE. Any discrepancies or under-process documents will lead to disqualification if candidate for Counselling in MBBS and BDS Seat. The e-Information Brochure which contains instructions is available on the JKBOPEE website and all candidates should read it for Counselling Registration without any error.

The filling of Choice of Colleges and Courses between MBBS amd BDS in multiple rounds and Candidate Should Fill all Choices before Deadline set by JKBOPEE. Candidates must carefully prioritize their preferred colleges during choice locking as modifications after submission are not permitted. Those allotted seats must report to the designated govt and Pvt College before the deadline.

For NRI/HM Quota aspirants additional offline document submission at BOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar is mandatory. The board has also emphasized that mobile phones should not be used for registration due to potential technical issues.
